High School: Wingate was named Class 5A first team All-State and the Class 5A North Player of the Year, leading Stephenson High School to a state title as a senior. She was a Dekalb County first team selection, averaging 18.7 ppg, 3.5 spg and 3.2 apg in her senior season. She was also named the MVP of the Dekalb County Senior All-Star game.
