2020-21 (Sophomore): Drained key three-pointer with 3:25 remaining to open five-point lead en route to 59-54 win vs. first-place Maine on Feb. 13.
2019-20 (Freshman): America East Commissioner's Honor Roll ... Played in 21 games with three starts …Averaged 2.0 points and 1.4 rebounds …Recorded career-high eight points, four assists and three steals in conference-opening victory over UMBC on Jan. 2 … Made first career start Dec. 29 vs. Bucknell … Logged career-high 27 minutes and contributed six points and seven rebounds in win vs. Western Michigan on Dec. 22 after being pressed into significant point-guard duty off bench due to teammate's injury.
AT NOVA HIGH SCHOOL: Gonzalez comes to Stony Brook from Florida where she was a four-year varsity player at Nova High School. As a junior, she averaged 16.4 points, 4.2 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 3.0 steals per game to help lead Nova to a 30-2 record en route to a Big 8 conference championship and a runner-up finish at state. Gonzalez was a four-time All-Tournament Big 8 selection and First Team All-County her junior and senior seasons. In the AAU circuit, she played five years with the Miami Suns in the Nike GEYBL.
