2022-23 (Senior): Third team All-CAA selection… played and started in all 31 games as team’s point guard… helped pace the second best scoring offense in the CAA at 67.9 points per game… finished third on the team in scoring with 12.5 points per game… 4.3 assists per game ranked second in the CAA… shot 83.2% from free throw line, which ranked sixth in the CAA, 7th best free throw percentage in a season in program history… 84 made free throws led team and  ranked 10th in the league… racked up eight games with 20+ points… had 12 games with 5+ assists… led the squad with 1.9 steals per game… averaged 32 minutes per game which ranked third on the team, 14th in the conference… put up 19 points and 6 assists in home opener win vs. Manhattan on November 10th… scored 24 points in comeback win vs. Iona on November 24th… exploded for career-high 28 points vs. Columbia on December 7th… 13 points and 7 rebounds in non-conference win over St. Francis Brooklyn on December 10th… led squad with 17 points and 7 assists in program’s first ever CAA win on December 30th vs. William & Mary… Went 7-for-7 at foul line with team-high 23 points and 8 rebounds in win over Monmouth on January 13th…had career-high 10 assists at North Carolina A&T on January 20th… had 18 points in win at Elon on January 22nd… 22 points on 9-of-10 shooting vs. Charleston on January 26th… 20 points and 7 assists in win over Towson on January 29th… Nailed season-high 4 three-pointers in 23-point performance at Northeastern on February 9th… 22 points on 8-of-12 shooting with 4 made three-pointers at UNCW on February 19th… Went 14-of-15 from the free throw line with 26 points in win vs. Hampton on February 24th… paced the team with 17 points in CAA tournament first round win vs. Elon on March 9th.

2021-22 (Junior): Made 29 appearances with 28 starts ... Finished the season with new career highs in free-throw percentage (.778), rebounding average (3.4), assists (3.9), and scoring (9.6) ... Recorded career-high 21 points and 14 free throws at Columbia (11/24) ... Dished out a career-high eight assists on two occasions (1/2 and 2/26) ... Totaled 112 assists, leading the team and ranking within the top three in the conference ... America East Player of the Week ... America East Commissioner's Honor Roll

2020-21 (Sophomore): Drained key three-pointer with 3:25 remaining to open five-point lead en route to 59-54 win vs. first-place Maine on Feb. 13.

2019-20 (Freshman): America East Commissioner's Honor Roll ... Played in 21 games with three starts …Averaged 2.0 points and 1.4 rebounds …Recorded career-high eight points, four assists and three steals in conference-opening victory over UMBC on Jan. 2 … Made first career start Dec. 29 vs. Bucknell … Logged career-high 27 minutes and contributed six points and seven rebounds in win vs. Western Michigan on Dec. 22 after being pressed into significant point-guard duty off bench due to teammate's injury.

AT NOVA HIGH SCHOOL: Gonzalez comes to Stony Brook from Florida where she was a four-year varsity player at Nova High School. As a junior, she averaged 16.4 points, 4.2 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 3.0 steals per game to help lead Nova to a 30-2 record en route to a Big 8 conference championship and a runner-up finish at state. Gonzalez was a four-time All-Tournament Big 8 selection and First Team All-County her junior and senior seasons. In the AAU circuit, she played five years with the Miami Suns in the Nike GEYBL.
