Elizabeth Alaimo was added to the Sports Medicine staff at Stony Brook University in 2021-22, serving as an Assistant Athletic Trainer.
Prior to Stony Brook, Liz spent a year at Johns Hopkins University as the Resident Athletic Trainer during the 2019-20 year, and with Premier Sports Medicine during the 2020-21 year. Liz served as the primary Athletic Trainer for Women's Basketball as well as with Football and Men's Lacrosse at Johns Hopkins University. During the 2020-21 year, Liz served as the Director of Marketing for Premier Sports Medicine and as the primary Athletic Trainer at Cardinal Spellman High School, along with various outreach programs and events throughout New York and New Jersey. Â

Liz started her athletic training career as a student at Seton Hall University, where she had clinical rotations with The Delbarton School and with The United States Military Academy. At Army West Point, Liz worked primarily with the Football, Men's Ice Hockey and Men's Rugby programs.Â
Originally from West Nyack, New York, Liz graduated with her Bachelors of Biology and with her Masters of Science in Athletic Training from Seton Hall University in 2019.Â
