Before Stony Brook: Souffront joined the Seawolves for her sophomore season after an NJCAA national tournament appearance at Monroe College in 2016. She led the Mustangs in assists as Monroe won 21 matches, including 15 by a 3-0 margin. In high school, Souffront's Cabo Rojo Christian Academy qualified for the national tournament three consecutive years.
