West Point, N.Y. - Randee Farrell scored at 26:01 of the first half off a corner kick from teammate Emily Nay to lift Army to a 1-0 win over Stony Brook on a chilly evening in West Point, N.Y.

Stony Brook desperately fought for the game-tying goal but came up short despite several good chances. The loss drops the Seawolves to 0-8-2 on the year as they prepare for a pair of America East matchups this weekend.

Lori Nelson made five saves in goal for the Seawolves.
