Buies Creek, NC -- - Senior Kevin Willi pitched a complete-game three-hitter and the Seawolves got a pair of RBI from Mark Taormina in defeating Campbell, 5-1, Friday in the first game of a doubleheader.

Stony Brook got on the board in the first inning on a Dwayne Whitaker RBI double. The Camels came back with a run in the bottom of the inning to tie it.

The game remained tied until the sixth when the Seawolves exploded for four runs including RBI singles by Ed Kull and Rich Graham.

Willi struck out five and walked one as Stony Brook improves to 1-1 while Campbell falls to 5-4.
