Stony Brook, N.Y. - Senior Richie Graham had an outstanding weekend to help the Seawolves sweep Hartford and qualify for the America East Tournament.

Graham batted .500 (4-for-8), including a double and a home run, and had a slugging percentage of 1.000. He also had five RBI, including driving home the game-winning run in a 4-3 extra-inning victory.
