Winter Baseball Clinics Enrolling Now

Stony Brook, N.Y. - Stony Brook head baseball coach Matt Senk will be directing a one week holiday baseball clinic from December 27-30 as well as a winter baseball clinic on Sunday's from January 16 through February 20. Senk, along with current Stony Brook players and coaches, will take part in the instruction at all sessions which will take place at the Indoor Sports Complex on the campus of Stony Brook University. The Stony Brook University Holiday Baseball Clinic is open to players between the ages of 14-18 and will take place at the Indoor Sports Complex from Monday, December 27 through Thursday, December 30. Pitcher and catcher instruction from 9-11 am will be followed by a hitting clinic from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm every day. Enrollment is limited to 40 players (20 pitchers and 20 catchers) per clinic.

Senk's winter baseball clinic will take place in two-hour workouts on Sunday's for six weeks beginning January 16 and ending February 20. Areas of instruction will include hitting, pitching, fielding and catching fundamentals and will be conducted by experienced college and high school coaches, as well as current Stony Brook players. The camps are open to players ranging between the ages of 8-18 and will be broken down into four age groups.
