McNitt earned two victories on Sunday, first pitching 2.0 scoreless innings in the completion of Saturday's suspended game that the Seawolves won, 8-7, in 12 innings. He then came back and threw 7.0 shutout innings in the 7-0 win over the Black Bears in the series finale.

The freshman right-hander is 3-1 with 0.77 ERA in nine appearances. He has allowed just 25 hits in 35.0 innings this season.
