Stony Brook, N.Y. – Stony Brook men's soccer fell at UMass Lowell, 1-0, on Saturday night at Cushing Field in America East action. With the loss, the Seawolves fall to 6-3-3 (0-1-1 AEC) so far in 2017.

- Ivan Abramovic scored the game's lone goal at 71:39, finding the back of the net on a cross into the box to give the River Hawks the lead.
- Sophomore goalkeeper Jacob Braham (Cortlandt, N.Y.) allowed just one goal. He now has a 1.01 goals-against average so far in five games played this season.
- The Seawolves recorded four shots on net, and attempted six corner kicks. Jarred Dass (Marabella, Trinidad) and Mark Irvine (Southhampton, England) each attempted two shots in the loss.
- With the loss, Stony Brook is now 1-7-1 all-time vs. the River Hawks.
