Turning Point
Stony Brook jumped out early with a pair of runs in the first inning thanks to run scoring hits by sophomore RF
Dylan Resk (Ardsley, N.Y.) and junior 3B
Bobby Honeyman (Massapequa, N.Y.). The Seawolves then put the game out of reach with five runs in the second inning.
Â
Quoting Head Coach Matt Senk
"The bats picked up where they left off on Sunday and that's good to see. We looked really comfortable and confident at the plate. It was good to get some guys out on the mound in game action that have not been out there in a while. Overall it was another solid performance by the entire team."
