Johnson tallies career-high 25 points, Seawolves fall vs. Albany in OT

STONY BROOK, N.Y. – Stony Brook women's basketball fell vs. Albany in overtime, 72-68, on Wednesday night at Island Federal Credit Union Arena. With the loss, the Seawolves fall to 8-8 (0-3 AE) so far in 2017-18.

Shania Johnson (Frederick, MD.) recorded a career-high 25 points, adding six assists and five rebounds.

"Tonight was a hard fought game that came down to the wire. We were right there, and we had our share of opportunities. We are growing up fast as a group and need to learn from these tough lessons and respond."
