NEWTON, Mass. -- The Stony Brook women's soccer team stumbled at Boston College Wednesday evening, falling 3-0 at Newton Soccer Field. The SeawolvesĀ move to 2-3 on the year, while the Eagles now sit at 5-0.Ā
Faherty's ReactionĀ
"For 60 minutes we were involved in a great college soccer game with both teams having some success with the ball, but also unable to completely break down the other," said head coach
Brendan Faherty.Ā "Credit to Boston College for making the most of their opportunities. It's not surprising that at this point in the season they are still undefeated."
Our group will rest up, watch film and get back on the training field on Friday to prepare for a big match against St. John's on Sunday evening."Ā
