Seawolves Cruise Past UMass Lowell

LOWELL, MA- The Stony Brook volleyball team swept UMass Lowell Friday night in three sets 3-0 (25-10, 25-11, 25-17). The Seawolves improve to 8-8, and the River Hawks fall to 1-14 on the season.

Coach Belzung's Reaction
"Proud of our group for starting the weekend off well. A lot of our kills came on transition opportunities which is a credit to our block being disciplined and our backcourt for controlling digs to keep us in system. I also thought we served well which we hope to continue for a tough match at New Hampshire on Sunday to complete the weekend."
