STONY BROOK, N.Y- The Stony Brook men's cross country team hosted the Wolfie Invitational Saturday morning, taking first. The Seawolves ran against a field consisting of Hofstra University, Seton Hall and Monroe College.
Coach Ronan's Thoughts
"We put out a different group today and it turned out very much like last week. They produced a good team performance with strong running up front from Cameron and Vann. Those two guys got good backing from Darian and Jayson, both of whom looked comfortable over the 8k distance, considering it was their first time doing it this season. Like last week's group, they have plenty of work to do, but I feel the two home meets has given us a good handle on what we need to get done over the coming weeks. Getting the team victory was good way to end our home stand this season, now we hit the road," said head coach
Andy Ronan.
