Ty Son Lawton (Staten Island, N.Y./Curtis) rushed for a career-high 124 yards and one touchdown for the Stony Brook football team on Saturday night, but the Seawolves fell, 20-14, to visiting New Hampshire in a CAA Football contest at Kenneth P. LaValle Stadium.

Jean Constant (Delay Beach, Fla./Bryant) also scored for the Seawolves (4-3, 1-2 CAA Football) to mark his fifth straight game with a receiving touchdown.
UNH (4-2, 3-0 CAA Football) moved into a tie for first place in the league with their fourth straight victory.
SCORING
- New Hampshire cracked the scoreboard first when WR Brian Espanet pulled down a 15 yards pass from QB Max Brosmer in the end zone with 5:16 remaining in the first quarter. The PAT by K Jason Hughes was good. The drive was nine plays for 80 yards and took 3:46 off the clock.
- Stony Brook even up the score when WR Jean Constant went up to snag a 15 yard pass from QB Tyquell Fields with 14:00 left in the second quarter. The PAT by K Nick Courtney was good. The drive was 12 plays for 78 yards and took 6:16 off the clock.
- UNH opened the second half scoring with a 22-yard field goal by K Jason Hughes with 11:58 remaining in the third quarter. The drive was seven plays for 62 yards and took 2:57 off the clock.
- The Seawolves took the lead for the first time in the game when RB Ty Son Lawton punched it into the end zone from one yard out with 5:11 in the third quarter. The PAT by K Nick Courtney was good. The drive, highlighted by a 40-yard reception by WR Nick Anderson from QB Tyquell Fields, was eight plays for 80 yards and took 3:54 off the clock.
- The Wildcats regained the lead with 9:32 left in the fourth quarter when QB Max Brosmer connected with WR Brian Espanet again, this time on a 20-yard pass, in the end zone. The PAT by K Jason Hughes was good. The drive was 13 plays for 73 yards and took 5:43 off the clock.
- UNH tacked on a 42-yard field goal with 5:07 remaining in the fourth quarter to expand their lead. The drive was six plays for 34 yards and took 3:30 off the clock.

- Stony Brook gained 386 yards of total offense on 66 plays. UNH had 316 yards of total offense on 64 plays.
