STONY BROOK, N.Y.- The #3 seeded Stony Brook softball team is set to take on #6 seeded Binghamton in the first round of the America East Championships on Wednesday, May 8 at 1:30 pm. The Championships will take place at the University of Hartford.

Melissa Rahrich (Brighton, Colo.) picked up wins in the circle. Rahrich also had a solid weekend at the plate, recording six hits in 12 at bats.Â
