ALBANY, N.Y. — The freshman-laden Stony Brook volleyball team continues to make progress.
The Seawolves topped Hartford in four sets on Sunday afternoon. Stony Brook then won the opening two sets against host UAlbany before falling in the evening.
In the 25-13, 25-15, 23-25, 25-15 win against Hartford,
Leoni Kunz had 14 kills,
Kiani Kerstetter had 19 digs and
Torri Henry had 36 innings.
Hours later, the Seawolves fell to the Great Danes, 16-25, 20-25, 25-17, 25-21, 15-13.
Stony Brook again faces Hartford and UAlbany on Monday.
