STONY BROOK, N.Y. Augie Contressa, Sam Kamara and TJ Morrison have spent the last four seasons representing Stony Brook football on Saturdays.

Now, the trio will rep the Seawolves on Sundays.

Contressa, Kamara and Morrison all signed undrafted free agent deals on Saturday, shortly after the conclusion of the 2021 NFL Draft.

Contressa, a defensive back who played in 41 games over a four-year career, signed a deal with the Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Commack native was a staple in head coach Chuck Priore's defense over the past three seasons, registering a team-best 88 tackles in 2019.

He has started every game he has played in since the beginning of his sophomore year in 2018, earning second-team All-CAA Football honors in each of the past two seasons.

Kamara inked a deal with the Chicago Bears. The defensive lineman played in 41 games with Stony Brook, accumulating 110 tackles and 15 sacks. Kamara led the Seawolves' defense with nine sacks in 2018, anchoring a strong defensive line unit.

The Carteret, N.J. native was named First Team All-CAA in 2020 and earned a spot on the Preseason All-CAA second team. He joins one of the league's best defensive-rushing units in Chicago.

Morrison was signed to a deal by the Las Vegas Raiders. The 2020 team captain appeared in 40 games with the Seawolves, making 109 tackles with a pair of interceptions. The Yonkers native has twice earned CAA honors, being named to the 2018 all-third team and the 2020 preseason all-second team.

He was also a National Football Foundation's William V. Campbell Trophy nominee, given to the college football player with the best combination of academics, community service and on-field performance.

The Seawolves now have six former players on NFL rosters, with Contressa, Kamara and Morrison joining Gavin Heslop (Seattle), Connor Davis (New York Jets) and Chris Cooper (Denver).
