STONY BROOK, N.Y. — The second annual Seawolves United Virtual 5K presented by Island Federal will begin on July 3 and continue through July 11. 

Get out for your run, walk, bike ride or swim anytime, anywhere you'd like!

Results will be shareable on social media with friends & family.

The event will benefit Stony Brook Athletics student-athletes and the Stony Brook Alumni Association.

Runners will be able to upload pictures of their participation as well as their times directly to the Elite Feats results page.

We also encourage participants to post to their social accounts and tag us on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter — @SBAthletics @SeawolvesUnited @StonyBrookAlum — with the hashtag #SeawolvesVirtual5K.

All participants will receive a keepsake runner's bib as well as a finisher medal.
