QUOTES FROM THE SEAWOLVES
"The ladies showed a lot of fight today and produced a very positive performance. Finishing in the top three the first time out is very encouraging and a great platform to build off for future performances in our new home, the CAA. Fiona and Grace had great individual performances, both finishing in the top 10. The future is bright with this group of young ladies," said head coach Andy Ronan.

"Today, I think we had a strong showing in our first conference championship. I am really proud of the effort we displayed today in a smaller, but highly competitive race. For me personally, I really liked this course since it was hillier and more trail based. I'm happy with the effort I gave this race and I feel that both myself and my teammates can build on this race going into the NCAA Regional meet in two weeks. Also, a special shoutout to our men's team for coming out of today as conference champions and to collect the first CAA title in Stony Brook Athletics history. They've been working really hard this season and fought hard for this one," said Fiona McLoughlin.
