QUOTES FROM THE SEAWOLVES
"It's always great to win, obviously a quick turnaround – we play again on Saturday. A Wednesday conference game is something unique and we appreciate UMass Lowell for changing the game for us to play midweek. The guys fought hard, it's not going to be clean on quick preps – I'm proud of the effort and finding a way to win," said coach Gilardi following the 17-9 win over UMass Lowell.
"For us, winning the America East regular season is all we have. Every one of these games are really important and to go 1-0 gives you an opportunity to be 2-0. We are proud of that and we are looking forward to the next opportunity," said Gilardi as he discussed the importance of earning a win in the conference opener.
