QUOTES FROM THE SEAWOLVES
"Good first day, we got most of what we had hoped to do done. I felt that the 5000m finals went well, Nicole just got unlucky not to score, but had a big personal best performance. Women's 4x400 had a very strong performance in qualifying for tomorrow's finals. Tomorrow, we have some finals to look forward to, particularly the men's mile, but also excited for both 3000m races and the 4 x400," said head coach Andrew Ronan.
