QUOTES FROM THE SEAWOLVES
"A long first day but a productive one at the Colonial relays. Both Kyria and Katrina were excellent in the hammer throw and javelin, respectively. On the track it was good to see Patrick rounding in to form in both 100 and 200. Ryan and Fiona led the way for the distance group in the 5k. We had other encouraging performances spread throughout the day. So it was a good all round team effort," said head coach Andrew Ronan.
