QUOTES FROM THE SEAWOLVES
"Day two of the championships produced some more fine performances mainly Alexandria (HJ), Alison (110 hurdles), and Nico (400). Over the course of the two days, both teams gave very good accounts of themselves that led to two top ten team finishes. This is a good positive end of the year for both teams. While I am optimistic we will have five athletes heading on to the NCAA East regional (official fields announced later this week), now it's time for the majority of the group to get some rest, relaxation, and recovery before starting the work that will prepare both teams to compete in our new home the, CAA," said head coach Andrew Ronan.
