STONY BROOK, N.Y. – The Stony Brook Athletics Rita & Kurt Eppenstein Hall of Fame will open its doors to eight new members at an induction ceremony during Homecoming weekend on Friday, October 21.
The reception begins at 5:30 p.m., with the induction ceremony to follow at 7 p.m.
Tickets are $100 per person, $75 for Stony Brook Alumni, $25 for children ages 5-12, and free for children 4 and under (in partnership with the
Stony Brook University Alumni Association).

The 2022 Hall of Fame class is comprised of the 2012 Stony Brook baseball team, Allison Brewster (Cukrov) '15 (softball), Darcy Heuser-Ryan '12 (swimming & diving), Kenneth P. LaValle, Claire Cannetti (Petersen) '13 (women's lacrosse), Tyler Santucci '10 (football), Dale Summerville '05, '08 (men's cross country/track & field), and Jameel Warney '16 (men's basketball).
The reception is set to take place in the Island Federal Arena Atrium beginning at 5:30 p.m., with the ceremony to be held in Island Federal Arena at 7 p.m.
