RALEIGH, N.C. – Three student-athletes from the Stony Brook men's track & field team competed at the Raleigh Relays on Thursday evening.
Graduate
Robert Becker paced the Seawolves, earning a 14
th place finish in the 1500 meter with a final time of 3:43.67. Graduate
Aiden Smyth finished within the top 50 with a new personal best time of 3:47.89. The event featured 196 runners.
Senior
Shane Henderson also secured a new personal best, crossing the line in 14:01.69 which was good for a 28
th place finish out of 205 competitors in the 5000 meter.

The Seawolves are back in action tomorrow when
Evan Brennan competes at day two of the Raleigh Relays. Other members of the squad will be taking the track in West Long Branch, N.J. at the Monmouth Spring Opener.
