QUOTES FROM THE SEAWOLVES
"Gritty win for us to start the series. Mia threw a great game and was able to bear down to close it out," head coach Megan T. Bryant said. "Our defense was solid and came up with big plays. Offensively we had opportunities throughout to tag on runs but didn't capitalize. In the 8th, we took advantage of free bases and Naiah stepped in and clutched up."
