QUOTES FROM THE SEAWOLVES
First meet of 2025 under our belt, and it was an opportunity for both teams to shake off the Holidays and get the season underway," head coach Andy Ronan said. "For the men, we saw encouraging performances in the mile and 3,000m, notably Ryan and Henry. So, we got some cobwebs off. Now, we need to focus on getting better fitness and competition-wise week by week."

UP NEXT
The Seawolves continue the indoor portion of its schedule next Friday when it competes at the Ramapo College Invitational.
