QUOTES FROM THE SEAWOLVES
"As we move through the season, we are looking for signs that our fitness and racing is improving," head coach Andy Ronan said. "I feel we saw some of that today; it was obvious that those who competed last week were a little sharper and more focused as they raced. Ryan had another good in the mile, Luca and John produced very competitive runs in the 3000m."

UP NEXT
The Seawolves continue their busy January slate next Friday and Saturday, competing in both the Riverhawk Invitational and Dr. Sander Invite.
