QUOTES FROM THE SEAWOLVES
"As we move through the season, we are looking for signs that our fitness and racing is improving," head coach Andy Ronan said. "I feel we saw some of that today; it was obvious that those who competed last week were a little sharper and more focused as they raced. Rebecca opened up her season with a nice win in the 3000m, with Niamh not far behind. Shaylen and Danielle had very nice runs in the mile, and Enyero continued her strong start to the season in the 400m."
