STONY BROOK, N.Y. — Stony Brook men's lacrosse head coach Anthony Gilardi announced the addition of Mike Daly to his coaching staff as an assistant coach.

Daly arrives at Stony Brook after serving as the Director of Player Development at the University of Maryland during the 2025 season. Daly previously spent the prior eight seasons as the head coach at Brown, leading the Bears to the 2022 Ivy League regular season title as well as a berth in the 2022 NCAA Tournament.

Daly enjoyed a highly successful tenure as head coach at Tufts University, where he established the Jumbos as one of the premier programs in Division III. Daly's teams consistently competed at the national level and produced numerous All-Americans.
