NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. — Stony Brook women's lacrosse placed three on IWLCA All-Region teams, as announced by the organization on Thursday afternoon. Isabella Caporuscio and Hailey Huebner earned IWLCA Mid-Atlantic Region First Team honors, while Julia Fusco appeared on the second team.

Caporuscio adds IWLCA All-Region honors to a growing list of accolades from the 2026 season that includes recognition as a Tewaaraton Award nominee, All-American nods, CAA Midfielder of the Year honors and CAA Tournament Most Outstanding Player honors. A complete, two-way midfielder, Caporuscio ended the season with a team-leading 87 points and 68 goals. Additionally, she finished second on Stony Brook in draw controls (63), ground balls (56), and caused turnovers (50).

Huebner, the unanimous CAA Defensive Player of the Year and an All-American, joined Caporuscio on the All-Region First Team.
