STONY BROOK, N.Y. — The Stony Brook baseball team will be represented across several collegiate summer leagues during the 2026 summer season with current and incoming Seawolves set to compete throughout the country.
Chris Carson will play for Valley in the New England Collegiate Baseball League, while
Hunter Colagrande joins Keene,
Scott Gell heads to Bristol and
Nick Zampieron will compete for Sanford in the NECBL.
In the Futures League,
James Schaffer will play for Vermont,
Mike Villani joins Nashua and
Mike Cervoni will suit up for Westfield.
The incoming sophomore quartet
Nicholas Dromboski,
Luca Mannino,
Reilly Bridges and
Dylan Henshaw are all set to play for Front Royal in the Valley League.
Stony Brook's incoming freshman class will also see summer action prior to arriving on Long Island this fall. Jalen Josey will compete for USG in the Blue Chip League, while Shane Meehan, Bobby Westcott and Jake Vaccariello will play for the Titans organization in the same league.
Jude McDonald will play for the Del Ray Lightning in the South Florida Collegiate League, John Pericolosi joins the East Coast Sandhogs in the ACBL and John Miedreich will compete for the Flowood Flyers in the Legacy League.
