STONY BROOK, N.Y. — The Stony Brook women's soccer team announced its 2026 schedule, featuring eight regular season matches at LaValle Stadium and a challenging slate of non-conference opponents leading into CAA play.

The Seawolves begin preparations for the regular season with a pair of exhibition contests, traveling to Manhattan on August 5 before hosting NJIT on August 8.

Stony Brook opens the regular season at home on August 13 with a marquee matchup against UConn before welcoming New Haven to LaValle Stadium on August 16. The Seawolves then head on the road for back-to-back contests at Harvard (Aug. 20) and Fairleigh Dickinson (Aug. 27).

The non-conference schedule continues with home matches against Penn (Aug. 30) and Lehigh (Sept. 6), sandwiching a road trip to Loyola Maryland on September 3. Stony Brook wraps up non-league action with a visit to its SUNY counterpart, UAlbany, on September 13.

CAA competition begins on September 20 when the Seawolves host Monmouth at LaValle Stadium. Conference play continues with road contests at Elon (Sept. 24), Campbell (Sept. 27) and Towson (Oct. 4). The home conference schedule continues with matchups against Hampton (Oct. 8) and William & Mary before a trip to Drexel on October 18.

The regular season home slate concludes with a matchup with Northeastern on October 25 before rounding out the campaign with the latest installment of the Battle of Long Island in Hempstead against Hofstra on November 1.
