Stony Brook, N.Y. -
Seawolves' guard Larry Jennings underwent surgery last Friday to repair his ailing left foot and will be out of action for 12 weeks.
Jennings broke a small bone in his left foot back in late October and the bone healed incorrectly. Upon his return to the lineup, Jennings experienced swelling and tendinitis and further examination revealed that the bone had healed improperly.
Jennings missed the first 11 games of the season due to the injury before appearing in seven straight games. The St. Joe's (Pa.) transfer was in his first season of eligibility with the Seawolves after sitting out last season.
