Final Stats

Fairfax, Va. - Marissa Servello drove home Kristen Brust with a sacrifice fly in the fourth inning to provide the margin of victory in a 1-0 win over St. Francis (NY) on the first day of the Patriot Classic at George Mason University. The win improved Stony Brook to 4-11.

The two teams combined for only five hits in the low scoring affair. Angela Andrews got the win on the mound for the Seawolves, scattering two hits while striking out four.

Stony Brook is back in action tomorrow morning at 9 a.m. when it takes on Brown.
