Stony Brook, N.Y. - Ryan Maehr was named the Stony Brook Athlete of the Week after his outstanding performance in two Seawolf wins last week.

Maehr tallied five goals in wins over Lafayette and Lehigh. In the Lehigh contest, Maehr netted four goals, including the go-ahead tally in the fourth quarter. That performance marked the first time a freshman has scored four goals in a game since the 2002 season.

Maehr currently ranks second on the team in goals with five.
