RICHMOND, Va. — Stony Brook's Owen Donnellan earned CAA Men's Lacrosse Rookie of the Week honors, as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon. The honor is the first of Donnellan's career and he represents Stony Brook's third unique CAA Rookie of the Week this season.

Donnellan totaled six points on three goals and three assists in the Seawolves' 28-7 win at Hampton. Donnellan's hat trick was the first of his collegiate career and his six points matched his teammate, Collin Williamson, for a game-high mark.

Stony Brook sets its sights on a rematch with Drexel in the CAA Semifinal on Thursday, April 30. Stony Brook, the No. 3 seed, will meet the No. 2 seeded Dragons in Towson, Maryland, with the opening face-off set for 7 pm on FloCollege.
