Charlotte, N.C. - Sophomore Miguel Maysonet (Riverhead, N.Y.) has been named the Big South Offensive Player of the Week, after a 193-yard, three-touchdown performance at Coastal Carolina on Saturday night. He also was named FCS Running Back of the Week by the College Football Performance Awards.

Maysonet recorded the 11th best single-game rushing total in Stony Brook history. He had touchdown runs of 4, 5, and 31 yards, and his 78-yard run on the first play of the second drive set up another touchdown. Maysonet's 719 yards and 102.7 average per game lead the Big South.
