Charlotte, N.C. - Junior Miguel Maysonet (Riverhead, N.Y.) has been named Big South Offensive Player of the Week, the conference announced on Monday. Maysonet rushed for 191 yards and three touchdowns in a 42-0 win over Coastal Carolina on Saturday.

Maysonet, who scored on runs of 9, 1, and 26 yards, became the 10th player in Big South history to rush for 2,000 yards. Currently with 2,124 rushing yards, Maysonet is third in Stony Brook history with 21 rushing touchdowns.

Maysonet has rushed for 384 yards and six touchdowns in two career games against Coastal Carolina.
