Tip-Off: The Stony Brook men's basketball team begins a three-game road swing Tuesday night at Notre Dame.  Adam Amin and LaPhonso Ellis will have the call live on ESPNU at 9 p.m.

Josh Caray will broadcast all of the action back to Long Island on WHLI 1370 AM.

Opponent: Notre Dame is 6-2 after an 84-79 win over Illinois in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge.  One of its other wins was an 83-57 victory over UMass Lowell.  Demetrius Jackson leads the team with 18.7 points per game.  He and Steve Vasturia, who's averaging 13.9, scored 21 points apiece in the win over the Fighting Illini.  Zach Auguste is averaging a double-double with 14.1 points and 11.1 rebounds per game.

Series: Stony Brook has lost both of its previous contests at Notre Dame.  The Seawolves fell, 95-66, in 2006 and 88-62 in 2010.
