STONY BROOK, N.Y. – Stony Brook football concluded fall camp on Friday morning with a scrimmage at Kenneth P. LaValle Stadium.
Head coach Chuck Priore and the Seawolves will have the weekend off before returning to the practice field to begin preparation for the Sept. 3 opener at Toledo.
“We got out of here healthy and got some kids some work,” Priore said. “We saw some good things and we know what we need to improve on.”
The Seawolves visit Toledo for a 7 p.m. kickoff that can be seen live on ESPN3 and heard live on Long Island on 94.3 The Shark. Stony Brook’s home opener is the following weekend, September 12, when the Seawolves host Central Connecticut at 6 p.m. at LaValle Stadium.
