Fairfield, Conn. - Juniors Alex Corpolongo (Purdys, N.Y.) and Ryan Bitzer (Riverhead, N.Y.) and senior Matt Schultz (Smithtown, N.Y.) scored two goals apiece as the No. 18 Stony Brook men's lacrosse rallied to beat Fairfield, 9-6, Saturday at Rafferty Stadium.
The Seawolves (3-1) have won 19 straight games when holding their opponent under 10 goals.
Sophomore Brandon Maciejewski (Penn Yan, N.Y.) made six saves in the second half, allowing two goals.

Fairfield took us out of our comfort zone and their goalie had a great first half. We capitalized on our transition opportunities in the second half. Brandon [Maciejewski] is just a relaxed kid. Turning Point
Stony Brook, which scored two goals in the first half, tied the game at four before Neubauer's goal gave Fairfield a 5-4 lead. But the Seawolves, who outscored the Stags, 7-2, in the second half, scored four straight and five of the game's final six goals.
