Scouting the Gators
Florida is 4-1 following a 15-5 win at Loyola Wednesday. The Gators have a pair of ranked victories this season with wins over USC and Towson, while the lone loss was to then-No. 1 North Carolina in Florida's season opener.
Shayna Pirreca leads Florida with 17 goals on the year, while Sammi Burgess has a team-high 22 points. The Gators are 12th in the nation in scoring at 14.80 goals per game.
Series History vs. Florida
Stony Brook is 1-4 all-time against Florida, as the two programs have met every year since Coach Spallina's arrival. The lone win came in Gainesville in 2015, while the Gators held off the Seawolves with a 7-6 win at LaValle Stadium last season. Dorrien Van Dyke led the Seawolves with two goals and an assist in the 2016 meeting.

Junior Kylie Ohlmiller and freshman Taryn Ohlmiller combined for 11 goals and six assists in Wednesday's win at Yale. The younger Ohlmiller sister had a career night with five goals and four assists.

Sophomore Anna Tesoriero won her fourth America East Defensive Player of the Week honor of the year Monday, while junior Kylie Ohlmiller was named Offensive Player of the Week for the third time and freshman Taryn Ohlmiller earned her first Rookie of the Week.

Senior Courtney Murphy, senior Dorrien Van Dyke and junior Kylie Ohlmiller were named to the Tewaaraton watch list Feb. 28.
Oh-My-Miller
Junior Kylie Ohlmiller leads all active Division I players with 4.65 points/game. With three goals and three assists in the March 5 win over Northwestern, Ohlmiller became the first player in program history to reach 100 career goals and 100 career assists.
All I Do Is Win
The Seawolves have posted an .851 winning percentage since the beginning of the 2013 season, which ranks third nationally. Stony Brook's 13 losses over that stretch are the third fewest among programs which have fielded a team all three years.
Raising The Bar
The Seawolves have totaled 88 wins since Joe Spallina took over as head coach in 2012. Stony Brook had 63 wins in its first nine years before Spallina's arrival.
