Scouting the Bulldogs
Yale is 3-2 following a 14-13 loss at Harvard in Saturday's Ivy League opener. The Bulldogs rank fourth in the nation with 15.80 goals per game and are fourth on draw controls with 16.00 per game.
Hope Hanley ranks fourth in the nation with 6.60 points per game (a category led by Kylie Ohlmiller at 7.25), as the Bulldogs senior has scored 17 goals and added 16 assists.
Series History vs. Yale
Stony Brook is 4-1 all-time against Yale and has won all three meetings under Coach Spallina. The Seawolves won 13-7 at LaValle Stadium last season behind a seven-point night from Dorrien Van Dyke.

Junior Kylie Ohlmiller scored three goals and added three assists, while sophomore Anna Tesoriero tallied 12 saves in a 13-5 win over No. 12/11 Northwestern March 5 at LaValle Stadium.

Stony Brook is 2-1 on March 8, most recently the 13-7 win in last year's meeting with Yale. The Seawolves defeated Rutgers 14-4 in 2014 and fell 15-8 to Brown in 2008.
Seawolves Sweep Weekly America East Honors
Sophomore Anna Tesoriero won her fourth America East Defensive Player of the Week honor of the year Monday, while junior Kylie Ohlmiller was named Offensive Player of the Week for the third time and freshman Taryn Ohlmiller earned her first Rookie of the Week.

Senior Courtney Murphy, senior Dorrien Van Dyke and junior Kylie Ohlmiller were named to the Tewaaraton watch list Feb. 28.
Oh-My-Miller
Junior Kylie Ohlmiller leads all active Division I players with 4.58 points/game. With three goals and three assists in the March 5 win over Northwestern, Ohlmiller became the first player in program history to reach 100 career goals and 100 career assists.
Just Win, Baby
The Seawolves have posted an .849 winning percentage since the beginning of the 2013 season, which ranks third nationally. Stony Brook's 13 losses over that stretch are the third fewest among programs which have fielded a team all three years.
Raising The Bar
The Seawolves have totaled 87 wins since Joe Spallina took over as head coach in 2012. Stony Brook had 63 wins in its first nine years before Spallina's arrival.
