STONY BROOK, N.Y. - The No. 4 Stony Brook women's lacrosse team looks to advance to its sixth-straight America East title game when the top-seeded Seawolves host New Hampshire Friday at 5:30 p.m. at LaValle Stadium.
Scouting the Wildcats
New Hampshire began the year 0-10 but has gone 3-3 in the six games leading up to the conference tournament. The Wildcats tallied victories over Vermont, UMass Lowell and Binghamton.
Krissy Schafer leads the Wildcats with 30 goals on the year, while Devon Croke has posted a team-high 37 points. Cat Sennott has recorded team-highs in ground balls (34) and caused turnovers (17).
Series History vs. New Hampshire
Friday is the 18th all-time meeting between the programs and seventh in the last four seasons, as the teams square off in the conference semifinals for the third time in four years. Stony Brook is 10-7 all-time against UNH and has won all eight meetings under Coach Spallina, most recently a 14-2 win in Durham March 26.

The Seawolves have posted an .859 winning percentage since the beginning of the 2013 season, which ranks third nationally. Stony Brook's 14 losses over that stretch are the third fewest among programs which have fielded a team all five years.
