STONY BROOK, N.Y. -- The Stony Brook men's lacrosse team (8-5, 4-1 AE) will host conference-foe UAlbany (5-7, 4-1 AE) in the final game of the regular season on Friday, April 26 at 7 P.M. from LaValle Stadium.
The winner of the contest will earn the right to host the 2019 America East Conference Tournament. Both teams have already secured their spots in the four-team tournament.

- Friday's matchup will be the 36th all-time meeting between the two programs.

- Junior Tom Haun (Ronkonkoma, N.Y.) is the team leader in goals with 27. His season and career high is six goals in a win over Binghamton on March 29.
- Sophomore Jack Walsh (Miller Place, N.Y.) leads the team in assists with 18. Sophomore Mike McCannell (Orangeville, Ontario) is right behind him with 15 on the year.

- Senior Ryland Rees (P. Coquitlam, B.C.) has been named to the 2019 Tewaarton Watch List.
- Stony Brook, the co-regular season America East Conference champions in 2018, were slated second in the preseason conference poll by the league's coaches. The Seawolves received three first-place votes and 32 points to fall just behind UAlbany's 33 points and three first-place votes.
- Friday night's contest will also be Senior Night. The Seawolves will honor their eight seniors in a pregame ceremony.
