QUOTES FROM THE SEAWOLVES
"Today again was an opportunity for us as a team to gain some more competitive experience, improve our sharpness, and identify those things that still need working on as we progress from meet to meet. We had some good performances again; Rob and Fiona had nice wins, but the performances of Kyria and Marina in the weight throw were very encouraging, both had career best throws. Aleksander had a very strong run in the 500m. We had other efforts in the meet also that are showing us the work that the squad is putting in is starting to pay off, so we just need to stay committed to working hard each day to get better," said head coach
Andy Ronan.
