STONY BROOK, N.Y. – Stony Brook women's lacrosse has unveiled its 2023 fall schedule, as announced by Head Coach
Joe Spallina on Thursday, featuring five total competition days in October.
"Fall ball is always a lot of fun and a great opportunity for everyone to play and get some valuable game experience with a new roster," Spallina said. "Really excited to compete with this group. We return a ton of firepower so this will be the start of a great year."
The Seawolves begin its exhibition slate with a pair of matchups against Quinnipiac and Brown on the Quinnipiac University campus on Oct. 1, followed by road matchups at Princeton on Oct. 7 and Harvard on Oct. 15.
Stony Brook returns to Long Island to host three teams on Sunday, Oct. 22, with UMass, Pitt and Wagner all making trips to LaValle Stadium.
The Seawolves close fall ball play with a neutral-site matchup against Michigan, which will be played at Hofstra on Oct. 29.
Stony Brook finished 15-4 in 2023, reaching the second round of the NCAA Championship for the 10
th straight time.
